We know that life sometimes demands we change our plans and we’ll do all we can to help you change your appointment time but we’re a small salon and we need some time to book in someone else so we do not waste the slot.

That means the deadline for the cancellation of an appointment is 48-hours.

If you cancel after that, you may be charged.
