We know that life sometimes demands we change our plans and we’ll do all we can to help you change your appointment time but we’re a small business and we need some time to book in someone else so we do not waste the slot.

That means the deadline for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is 48-hours.

If you cancel or reschedule after that, you will be charged.
