Jess's career story.

At the age of 18, I decided to pursue a career as a beauty therapist. I was inspired by the incredible transformations that I saw beauty therapists make with their clients, and I wanted to be able to bring the same level of joy and excitement to others. I knew that I had the potential to make a positive impact on people's lives through beauty therapy, and I was determined to become the best I could possibly be.

I enrolled in a beauty therapy course at a local college and spent the next two years studying and learning all the necessary skills and techniques. From waxing and eyebrow shaping to facials and massages, I was determined to master every aspect of beauty therapy. I also completed my studies in anatomy and physiology to gain a deeper understanding of the human body, which I found invaluable in my practice.

I took on a few jobs at beauty salons and spas while I studied, and I was able to practice what I had learned in the classroom in a real-life setting. This experience helped me to hone my skills and gain a better understanding of what it takes to be successful in this industry.

At the age of 40, I am still actively practicing as a beauty therapist. I have been in the industry for over 20 years, and I am proud to say that I still love what I do. I have been able to build a successful practice and help countless clients to look and feel their best. I have seen many of my clients on a regular basis for years, and I am humbled by the trust and loyalty they have shown me.

Beauty therapy has been an incredibly rewarding career for me. Working around my two beautiful children has been invaluable to my work family balance which I have mounds of gratitude for.

It has given me the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives, and I am grateful for the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. Even after two decades of practice, I still get excited to see the transformation that my clients achieve and the joy that it brings them.
